English, English and yes, English.

Salam. First and foremost, I would like to scream at the top of my lungs that, "I'm Home!!!!". Well, that's rather therapeutic. Nge3... XD Today's topic is, ENGLISH. Most of us, English served as a second language if not native. Like me, I'm only interested with English when I was in my secondary school after which most of my English teachers at that time were very supportive and mind you, NONE of my English teachers were Malay to add. I find English at times a very weird language, many of the words are pronounced not by the way how it was spelt. Here is two out of a few peculiarities I've found rather interesting.

1. Certain loan words are pronounced very different to the way we think they are. Try to pronounce these words.
- Coup de Grace *found this when I was helping my friend with his work*
- Coup d'etat *stumbled in one of the National Treasure magazines*
- Facade *found in a forum*
- Fjord *found in one of the National Geographic magazines*
- Abattoir *picked from a Batman novel*
*Tips - Try to be a French with certain words. XD

*Give up? Hu3!! Here's how.
- Coo-The-Gra
- Coo-They-Ta
- Fa-Said
- Fe-yord
- A-ba-twa

2. F**k is one of the few words in English that can serve as a noun, verb, adjective, adverb and also as a suffix!
- Noun - He is such a f**ker.
- Verb - *Most of you are very well-versed with this term.* Ha3!!
- Adjective - They are such f**king Zionists.
- Adverb - He is f**king great friend.
- Suffix, specifically as an Infix - Absof**kingly!

*Wow, out of all the words in those lexicons, this one particularly very much useful in terms of versatility. Ha3!!
*Trivia - The word "Effing" is the smaller brother of f**k. Get it? "F"-ing?

3.English too has quite a few words when translated in Malay can be rather long, or in a simple word - no exact translations.
- Defenestration - Killing people by throwing out them through the window. Weird huh?
- Ambidextrous - Able to use both left and right hands
- *Technical & Scientific terms.*
* Most of the technical and scientific terms are adapted into Bahasa Malaysia with Malay style of spelling.
* Many Malay words too have no exact translation into English.
- E.g: 1. Rezeki *How do you translate these statements: "Dah bukan rezeki dia." or "Jangan halang rezeki dia."
4. And loads more especially words used in traditions.

p/s: If you have more, do notify me! :)

Why?!!!!

Salam. Today's post for me is rather on a serious note. First, I f****ingly hate my brother-in-law. Yup, you saw it right. He is such an effing scum. Seriously, he IS. I've been holding my grudge against him for quite a time, now I have every and each reason to throw a punch at his stupid face. It all began when he happened to be my brother-in-law-to-be back in 2005 when he was first engaged to my sister.

First reason: he was rude to his parents. Very rude. He was talking to his parents as if he were talking to his friends. I know, I'm not really a good and obedient son, but I still watched my manners with my parents. As I posted before, I rarely show my real feelings, so I'll try to fake my expressions even when I'm extremely mad at them. It is better for me to get hurt than them. My sister on the other hand is kinda girl that always says good things about her husband. I know it is good, but sometimes it is kinda obvious.

Next reason: cold. I have no idea what is his problem with me. Every time when I got back to my sister's home a.k.a his house too, he never asked how I'm doing, or how is life. Like I'm gonna ask him first if his expression is always what we say, "muka ketat".

Third reason: evading from his responsibility. In 2008, back when my sister was sick, he went out and never got back home till the next day. At that time, he was still unemployed. He quitted his work as a delivery guy for a furniture store after he was tested positive for gallstone. So, when he was sick, it was of course my sister was the one who was taking care of him. So, my sister has to juggle her time as a wife and as a worker, so she has to go back home early and nurse that hag. So, when my sister was sick, where was he? Gosh, I just wish that killing an annoying in-law is legal. So, my sister told his parents, and only by then he "take good care" of her.

Fourth reason: rude to MY PARENTS. It happened when I was going to Gombak. So, my whole family was staying at his house for a night before they off sending me to Gombak. Back then, there were my dad, mum, 1st brother and his family, 1st sister and her daughter, and my 2nd sister with that pig. So he was responsible to drive my parents in "his" Wira, from what I've heard, my parents told me that it was obvious his expression wasn't happy with him driving to IIUM and he was angry when he got lost in the university compound. Come on-lah , my parents are maybe old, but they're not blind and senile. It was obvious. My sister said: "Dia penat kerja kot...". WTF? Come on, even if you are not sincere, try to hide that expression, it's not that hard. I've been doing all the time with you.

Fifth: problem with ME. Yes, I am staying at his house occasionally, yes, I sleep late at night. I think he has complained to my parents about his electric bill. Who is this scum try to cheat? I ain't a toddler, I can read and know how bill works. So one day, I got in to their room when I changed my shirt after getting a bath. What do you know, their compilation of bills. I've checked and rechecked, none of the bills surpassed RM 50. I repeat, NONE. The way my mother told me as if the bill was RM 500. He never told me if he has problem with me, but he's using my sister as a medium to express his dissatisfaction with me sleeping late. My sister told me, "Dik, tidur awal ye? Kalau kakwa duduk sorang, kakwa tak kisah, ni kakwa dah kahwin." Kahwin to who? Of course to that scumbag! What's the problem of him with me sleeping late? Every time I go to their house, I'll rarely come empty handed. And I often help my sister with house chores. I help to clean, cook, picking up clothes from the clothes hangers, and wash the dishes. And every time before I go to sleep, I wash all the dishes. He can consider himself lucky that I'm not loud, wild or those kind of spoiled son, yang duk rumah goyang kaki. I just don't get what's him problem with me sleeping late, I come to their house, if not once every fortnight, once a month.

Sixth reason: the DEAL BREAKER. My mom is the worst person to hide her emotional feelings. I can detect her uneasiness even through the phone. So, last Tuesday night, my mom called.

Mak: Yang, bila balik?
Me: Esok atau lusa, tapi balik rumah Kakwa dulu.
Then her intonation drastically changed,
Mak: Tak payahlah balik rumah Kakwa, terus balik Teluk Intan.
Me: Kenapa ?
Mak:Tak ada apa2, balik dulu, nanti mak cerita.
Me:Sebab ayang ke ?
Mak: Tak, tak ader kena mengena pun.
The same things go on and on, until she cracked.
Mak: Bukan salah ayang, kakwa tak kisah pun, tapi lagi "sekor" tu.
She's caught red handed.
Me: Agak dah.

The conversation goes on and on with my mother repetitive "Terus balik Teluk Intan" and "Bukan salah Ayang." Later, my 1st sister text me, she said, my mom refused to tell me the truth, and she was worried if I think I was guilty. Later, she revealed that my 2nd sister found a hypodermic needle in the bathroom. There are two things with hypodermic needle. Its either you are diabetic or a drug addict. She said, when my sister asked her husband, he quickly run amok. It i kinda obvious because it was his fault, so he was trying to hide it. My sister saw a fresh scar on the fold of one of his arms. My sister immediately called my 1st sister, and according to my dad, if this is true, he ask my sister to request for a fasakh. My sister also has been confessing that the past two months her marriage is rocky and she's unhappy with it. But I still have no idea whether it has been proven, but if he is, then the end result is inevitable. If I found out she's hurting my sister physically, he's dead.

101 On How To Make Purrfect... *Physically* XD

I bet almost everyone on this world has something to complain about their physical appearances. Apparently, I am no exception. Most of my wishes are achievable without major surgeries, I guess. Now let me see, what I need to improvise first...

1. Hair.
- My hair is hair lice equivalent of (Amazon rain forests + KL = wild, hard and uneven terrain). My hair is not those kinda type that when is long, it will follow the gravity. I just envy those Arabian, Pakistani students, somelah, some of them really have this nice, flowy hair. Genetic i guess. Born into a Malay+Indonesian+Indian+Portugese descent, don't really give much help though. It will bunch up like clown hair, bushy and have no shape whatsoever. I always wanted hair like Jesse McCartney, or Jake Gyllenhaal in Prince of Persia or at least like Jonathan Bennet. I think the later one is the most likely achievable than the other two.

Most achievable

My mom will kill me if I have this hairdo.

My favourite, though most likely I'm already dead way before I have this style.

2. Height

- What? Some of you might be wondering. Both of my parents are rather short stature, much like my siblings, but my parents said maybe I inherited my maternal grandfather gene of height. Hmm... It skips a generation I guess. I'm the tallest among my family members, and one of the tallest among my cousins. XD Ha3!! Well, now I'm roughly 177cm-178cm (5'9.5'' - 5'10'') when I last checked back in 2008. I just want to be another 3 to 4 cm higher. Please? XD

Please.
.....

3. Teeth
- Nothing much really, I just need some whitening I think..

4. Strong/prominent jaw line
- Born and breed with semi round face + oval, it is almost impossible to achieve this feat. I don't have specific examples, but to make it easy, I prefer to have jaw lines like Jonathan Bennett to make it simple. XD Ngee...

5.Eyes
- I think I need a lasik surgery to alter my short-sighted sight. That's it.

6.Skin
- I just wish I have a healthy skin, something I lacking now.

7. Body
- Woah, the hardest wei.... My ideal look, like Ryan Reynolds or at least Hrithik Roshan? *Nak yg best ajer....hu3!!* Ngee... Not impossible, but by the time I achieved this, I'm bedridden already...

I wish... *green with envy...*

Woah..... T_T

Don't need any changes.

1.Skin complexion
- I love my skin colour, not too dark or too white. Just nice~~...

2.Eyes/Eyebrows/Eyelashes.
- Other than lasik, nothing much really... XD

3.Nose
- No complaint whatsoever.

Watch this vid, enjoy !! XD

Voice Of Asia & Truly Asia's Songbird (Siti Nurhaliza) - Kurniaan Dalam ...

Siti Nurhaliza. One of the most influential names in Malaysian entertainment industry. Yet her English skills often being the center of attention for those who hate her. Born and raised in a small town, her English skills admittedly bad. But people often overlook her vocal performances. She has won more awards than all AF students have received combined!!! I'm kinda person who love any artists who can sing live as good or better than their recordings. Kalau dlm recording jer best, bek xyah.... She has been quoted as saying that she would like to produce an English album. My advices - practice and improve her English. I love her, and I don't want to see her being laughed by those who detest her. In retrospective, she has improved - a lot. But not that eloquent. These haters brought up trivial issues - headgear, her marriage, her business, her dress and lots more. Boy, that's the price you have to pay for being famous, aite? By the way, this is one of my favourite performances of her!! Check it out!! Zass~~~~! XD

Minute details of me...

Life has a unique way of teaching us through experiences - from my perspective. There are times and things that I'm proud of, and not not so proud of. No people in this world know what I've done, other than God - I'm not and will not spill the beans. :)

I have two big problems, sarcasm is my mother tongue. I think, quite a number of people have been offended by my sarcastic tone. I know, I know, I'm sorry!! XD Next, I jenis cepat terasa, and susah nak tunjuk. Ask Mira, you'll know. Sometimes, even I can easily got offended by harsh tone or slightly higher than usual conversation tone. I have no idea why I'm so sensitive. Tapi I susah nak tunjuk, I takut org tu terasa. However, kalau I tengah marah, obvious clues - I will not talk, even if I do, not much. But, no worries, I'm not blame-all kinda person, I'm much more specific. If I hate someone, don't expect me even to talk with him/her or even look. In retrospect, I think, the last time I went amok is when one of my friends *wait, I mean archenemy* who stupidly making stupid joke about me. Wrong time, and obviously, wrong person to poke with. 5 years ago, I think.

Now, I think it is even harder for me to let it all out, cause I'm to cool. Ha3!! Nah, I'm just too considerate, people have relentless used me, and I hate it, but still I'm helplessly let others utilize me.

Simon Curtis

Hi. Before this, I've introduced you guys with BBT, now meet Simon Curtis, a not-so-discovered singer. He has been quite awhile in the industry. Call me homo or what, but I have fallen in love to him, wait! Scratch that! I mean his albums. XD His debut EP, Alter Boy was his first record, but failed to chart anywhere. His sophomore is a bit better, but still failed to make people talk about him. I first knew about his existence when I browse YouTube. I listened to one of his singles, Beat Drop and since forth, I love his music. His like the toned-down male version of Katy Perry. Usually I'm the kinda guy that loves Power Ballads, but since the lack of such material in airplay, I started to adopt a new genre, anything that is fun, dance or in a simple word - easy-listening. Everything about him is simplicity, even his video is SIMPLE. Don't trust me? Here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGraA8JgmF0

Please be warned, that female voice of him in certain part of the song in the video is known as Falsetto. Some of you may find it kinda homo-ish, but it is very common in the industry. Few big names who do it - Justin Timberlake & Daniel Bedingfield.

The picture by the way is his EP cover. Simple guy. Great song.

Saya sangat sunyi sekarang....

Alliteration my dear people, is the repetition of a consonant sound. In this case, the "s" sound is used by him to show his d*mn loneliness.
